I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with stunning views of the mountains and the best breakfast ever. The service was good overall, with just minor room for improvement, and the location was perfect for exploring Snowdonia National Park. The dining experience was enjoyable, although there was a small issue with the toast. The facilities were well-kept and added to the comfort of my stay.

I couldn't ask for a better breakfast with excellent views, but the customer service needs improvement. The hotel's location is splendid, set up in the mountains, but a little sprucing up is necessary. The dining experience was delightful despite a minor slip-up with the toast.
